Good afternoon Tuckahoe families;

We wanted to provide you an update as well as share specific information with you regarding refunds for those who had already registered for this coming season. 

This past week the team reps, coaches, and aquatic chair met to discuss how the swim team might be able to proceed this summer under the Governor’s guidelines. While we are still trying to explore possible scenarios, we would like to know more about what everyone's interest would be going forward as it would greatly help us in our planning. Therefore, please be on the look-out for a "TRC Pre-season Assessment survey" which will be going out to all of you in the next day or so, via Survey Monkey. Once we have your feedback and we will work to provide you another update about any potential plans.

Regarding refunds, please know that we will be providing refunds to any family that requests one. To generate the refund, please fill out the google form at Swim Team Refunds so we know who is requesting refunds. We will refund parents the swim team dues that were paid minus the WePay service charge (2.9% plus .30) for online transactions. Once completing the form, please be patient as our team Treasurer will have to write many checks for reimbursement.
