Parent Swim: Friday mornings at 7:00am-7:45am starting 6/25 through 7/23

Schedule for Fun Fridays: Parent Volunteers are welcome to help!!

9:45am: 10 & Under - Whirlpool and Team cheers
10-11am: Little Tiger group and 10 & Under group - parent-led activity
11-12pm: 11-12 group - parent-led activity
12:30pm: 13 & up group - Mini Golf at Jefferson Park, 7900 Lee Hwy, Falls Church

Potluck Schedule- Starts at 6:00 -Swimmers goes first

G-L Salad

M-R Fruit

S-Z Main Dish

Team will provide hamburgers and hotdogs!

Saturday Meet vs. Dowden Terrace: (Meet sheet is attached)

7:30am - Meet at Tuckahoe and swimmers check in with the reps - this is not optional

7:45am leave for Dowden Terrace, 6300 Holmes Run Pkwy, Alexandria 22311

(use the zip code if using a cell navigator, many twist and turns to reach the pool)

8:00am - arrive at Dowden Terrace - Parents drop off kids, park, and join the welcome tunnel

8:25am- Warm-Ups

Lunch after the meet for anyone interested - Meet at Jason's Deli

Saturday Late Night Team Activity: 7:00pm-11:00pm
