Parent Swim: Friday mornings at 7:00am-7:45am starting 6/25 through 7/23 - $20 for the entire season. You may pay by Venmo @tuckahoe-swim 

Schedule for Fun Fridays: Parent Volunteers are welcome to help!! **THERE IS REGULAR PRACTICE ON FRIDAYS

9:45am: 10 & Under - Whirlpool and Team cheers
10-11am: Little Tiger group and 10 & Under group - parent-led activity
11-12pm: 11-12 group - parent-led activity

Potluck Schedule- Starts at 6:00 - Swimmers eat first please!

A – F Salad (greens, slaw, potato, Caesar)

G – L Fruit (fruit salad or fruit platter)

M - R Main Dish (pasta, chicken, pork, fish, meatballs, tacos)

S - Z Side Dish (veggies, beans, rice)

8:00am - Warm-Ups

8:45am – National Anthem

9:00am – Meet starts
