Tuckahoe Families,

Just a couple of quick reminders for swimmers for our meet tomorrow:

It's supposed to be a little chilly in the morning, so bring warm clothes, maybe an extra towel.

Get a good nights sleep, eat a good breakfast in the morning, and bring plenty of fluids to stay hydrated throughout the meet! There will be a table in team area with some healthy snacks. We want everyone to be rested, warm, and be ready to cheer and keep the energy HIGH! 

Be at Tuckahoe at 7:45am, and check in with the reps so they know you have arrived.

For those that have signed up, we'll see you at the team lunch after the meet at the lower patio. If you didn't sign up for the lunch, order your food from the Tuckahoe grill and join us!

See you in the morning!
