This week is packed with many event so please read this email for all the important details!  

Relay Practice Tonight - Tuesday 6:30-7:30
Today there is a relay practice for those swimming the Relay Carnival tomorrow.  The coaches have informed the swimmers if they are entered in the meet.  We have attached the entries below.

Wednesday, Relay Carnival Meet at Chesterbrook
Swimmers need to meet at Tuckahoe at 4:45 (wear your Tuckahoe gear)
Warm-Ups - 5:25
Meet starts at 6:30
Drop off swimmers and the park at the St. Dunstan's Church and Chesterbrook Elementary School. Parking is
not allowed on Halsey Rd

Pancake Breakfast - We have 1 volunteer at this time.  We need at least 4 more in order to have this event. Please email Elaine Kelly [email protected]

Spirit Wear:
Thanks to everyone for your patience with your personalized orders! We are hoping the final rain jackets, and towels arrive this week --- we will distribute at practice. We still have three original spirit wear orders waiting to be picked up – Kara Taylor Family, Ramsey Family and Armour Family. Please come to the swim team office and pickup your bags!

To those that ordered the black Nike baseball cap – the black Nike hat was not available when our order was submitted, and you should have been refunded for your order. In the meantime, a dark grey Nike baseball cap became available (same hat, just grey) and we ordered some. If anyone would like to purchase a dark grey Nike baseball cap --- we currently have a few hats in hand and hope to have more later this month. --- please email Tara Tanner – [email protected] and you will be added to a list to purchase a hat when they arrive.

We have a new order of sweatshirts and white Nike visors for sale, if you need some spirit wear now is the time to purchase! Thanks again for your patience, and your support!

This Thursday we will send out information about Fun Friday and the weekend meet.
