The season
is coming to a close but we still have many events to complete before we can
conclude the season! We still have 1 more Saturday meet, 1 more Monday Night meet,
Progressive dinner, Divisionals, Tuckahoe Ball, and Individual All Stars. Volunteer to complete you hours --but more importantly,
to support the team!

Schedule:

Friday Potluck, July 16:

A – F Main Dish (any
pasta dish, BBQ, meatballs, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza)

G - L Side Dish (mac-n-cheese,
corn on the cob, beans, rice)

M - R Salad (green
salad, caesar, coleslaw, potato salad)

S – Z Fruit (watermelon,
cantaloupe, pineapple, grapes, berries)

Parent Relays after the conclusion of the Saturday meet! Sign up by the Team room with your relay
team!

Saturday Meet, July 17: Tuckahoe vs Highlands

7:40 am – Swimmers Arrive at Tuckahoe

7:50 am
– Marshals take vests and get in position

7:50 - 8:10 am – Tuckahoe Warmups

8:15 - 8:35 am –
Highlands Warmup

8:15 am - Table
Workers and Clerk of Course Briefing

8:15 am –
Officials Briefing in Board Room

8:20 am - Timer
Briefing at Snack Bar

8:35 am
– Senior Swimmers & Parents meet at Clerk of Course

8:40 am – Senior Swimmer
Presentations - Tuckahoe first and then Highlands

8:50 am – Officials,
Timers, Clerks, Table Volunteers in position.

8:55 am -
National Anthem

9:00 am - Event 1
Begins

11:30 am – Senior Relays – Coaches Relays – Parents Relays

11:40 AM - Meet Concludes - Approximately

Saturday Night – Progressive Dinner

Saturday 7/17, 4:45pm in the TRC lot. Be
on time so you can be in the group photo w/ coaches!

Buses return to TRC by
9:30pm

Calling all Parents who have not completed the
15 hour volunteer requirement (excludes families with only Little Tigers): We have 4 more big events to go and we
need many more volunteers.

1. Saturday's Home Meet 7/17- Need Set up, Table workers, Marshals,
Runners, and much more Clean up help

2. Monday's Home Meet 7/19 - as above + Clerk of Course

3. Divisionals on 7/24 - We are hosting this HUGE event - we need
tons of help - from set up on Friday night (strong backs please) to parking
marshals, hospitality, T-shirt sales, Clean up and much more. No experience
needed for any of these jobs.

4. The Tuckahoe Ball the evening of 7/24 - still in need of many
