Congratulations to all of our Divisional Swimmers!

Please read through the information provided that spells out the details for this Saturdays, July 24th Divisionals meet. Tuckahoe is hosting this meet so please, we need all the volunteers who are able!

Bid-In During Seeding:

We would like to let everyone know that during our seeding meeting tonight that we were able to “bid-in” the following two swimmers: Andrew Pelaez (25 Fly) and Hugo Haggard (15-18 IM)

Parking:

Officials with permits (please get these from Colleen or Camille in the team room) may park in the allotted spaces in front of the winter bath house and the parking row to the left as you enter. Parking attendants will be there to help.Upon entrance you will need to submit your pass to the attendant.

There will also be extra overflow parking on the side streets (map is provided with specific streets for parking).

Gates openat 7:00 am. TheMeet will Start at 8:30 amwith the backstroke event.

The front gate will be open and a table will be set up as you enter the gate to the right with check in in for officials and volunteers. The back gate will also be open on Baldwin Street.

Swimmer Drop Off: Swimmers can be dropped off at the front entrance to enter the front gate.

Warm-Ups:We are proposing that swimmers arrive 30 minutes before their estimated warm-up times to allow for traffic and parking. Please have swimmers check in with Colleen or Camille when they arrive. The competition pool will be open for general warm-up starting at7:30am(each team will have 3 lanes for 8 minutes). The Lane assignments will correspond accordingly to the team areas (Tuckahoe is # 6).

In addition, theindoor poolwill have one lane also with lane assignments corresponding to team area where they can warm-up throughout the day. A coach will need to be present with the swimmers in their team lane at all times.

Back arrive: 7:10am

Warm-Up: 7:30-7:55am

Report to Clerk of Course: 8:20

Start: 8:30am

Breast Warm-Up: 9:08-9:18am

Clerk of Course: 9:20; Start 9:25

Butterfly Warm-Up: 10:08-10:18am

Clerk of Course: 10:20am

Start: 10:25am

10 Min Break for Sportsmanship award

IM Warm-up: 10:59 -11:09am

Clerk of Course: 11:11am

Start: 11:16am

Free Warm-up: 11:59am – 12:09

Clerk of Course: 12:11pm

Because of the length of the Divisional Meet, events will be called as early as possible but not earlier than the following. Please ensure that your swimmer arrives before the earliest warm-up time for their event. If a swimmer is not at the clerk of course on time, they will lose their spot to an alternate.

VOLUNTEERS:

Volunteers and officials PLEASE check in at the volunteer table to receive an officials badge. This will allow officials to enter the hospitality suite.

In addition to the snack bar we will have Rita’s and a Jolyn Trunk show, which will be located by the snack bar.
