Potluck & Black/Gold Information
Tuckahoe Parents,
The crazy schedule is
about to begin!! We have our first Potluck on Friday and the Black & Gold
meet on Saturday. The potluck starts at 6:00pm. We will have a Q&A at 6:30
for any new parents that have questions (including Little Tigers!)

5:15 pm – Volunteers
arrive to set-up Potluck
6:00 pm – Our First
Potluck - Swimmers eat first. (Please watch the weather in case we need to
cancel. Please check our Instagram and Twitter page)
POTLUCK FOOD
ASSIGNMENTS:
A – F: Main Dish (Pasta,
BBQ, meatballs, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza)
G - L: Side Dish
(mac-n-cheese, corn on the cob, beans, rice)
M - R: Salad (green
salad, Caesar, coleslaw, potato salad)
S – Z: Fruit
(watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, grapes, berries)
Please bring enough to
serve 8-10 people.
Please use plastic/metal
containers and avoid using breakable dish ware like glass or ceramic and NO
GLASS beverage containers.
By 8:00 pm - All
swimmers go home to get a good night's rest!
Our Black & Gold
meet is Saturday. No Little Tigers at this meet.
***In order to swim at
the Black & Gold meet you must have completed the meet availability form.
The form will close Wednesday night, so please fill it out as soon as
possible! meet availability
Morning set-up
volunteers need to arrive at 7am, marshals at 7:45, all other volunteers at
8:15. Each volunteer can check their job sign up - the times are listed for
each position. To locate your volunteer sign-up, go to our website and click on your name
in upper right corner, scroll down to “my account”, and click on your name,
which should allow you to view your volunteer jobs. To sign up for volunteer
jobs, go to the signup calendar link under “meets and events" signup calendar
The meet will start at 8:30AM with warm-ups for the 11-up at 7:40 - 8:00 and 10- unders 8:00 - 8:20. Please remember a few things:
1.No tech suits for 12

2.Do not drop off your swimming on the hill in front of the Summer
Bath house. This is a safety issue as many members are walking up to check in
and cars are unable to see when backing up.
