All-Star Relays Wednesday July 13th - Volunteers Needed
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR TAILGATING AT HAMLET AS WELL AS DRINKS/FOOD
Swimmers and Parents are needed to tailgate to save seats or we will not have any spectator seating during the meet. WE HAVE 21 Relays so we need help. This could be the most fun you will have this summer. We meet at TRC at 5:15am and caravan to Hamlet (8209 Dunsinane Ct, McLean, VA 22102). We get there at 5:30am. The first part of the morning, we chill and play games. At 12:00 we are allowed to set up the team area. Around 2:00 pm they open the gates for us to go sit on the bleachers. The meet is super-exciting. You will see great races. The Tuckahoe group is like no other. We cheer, we scream. Everybody has great time! Kids of all ages encouraged to join. Most definitely 13+ boys & girls.

Schedule:
5:15am – Optional Parent tailgate begins. Meet at Tuckahoe and caravan to Hamlet
12:00pm – Team areas open
2:00pm – Viewing areas open
2:00-3:44pm – Warmups by age group
Rolling coolers. Please put name on your cooler. Need them next to the team Room by Tuesday 6pm.
Cases of Water needed to be dropped off at the pool/outside swim team room. Prefer 8 oz size. Again, need to be there by 6p Tuesday.
Gatorade, vitamin water okay, only 8 oz. Please, No Soda's.
Food: Bite size cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes in disposable containers. Be there by Tues 6p. (The plan is to fill the coolers and ice them down Tuesday night.)
Tailgaters Need: chair and definitely $ for lunch. Do NOT bring grills or anything else "fire"-related. Don't forget a towel, even maybe 2. Spray bottles good. Football, Frisbee, etc
