Information for Individual All Stars @ Orange Hunt Swim and Tennis Club

Volunteers – We are still looking for volunteers for the All Star meet. If you have a swimmer in All Stars and can help, PLEASE Sign up HERE by 11pm tonight. 

• Bleacher mover – Friday (4pm – 5pm)
• Timer – First shift (7:30am – 10:30am)
• Timer – Second shift (10:30am – 1:30pm)

All Star Breakfast – Friday, July 29^th

• When: 10:15am (after practice)
• Where: Metro 29 Diner (4711 Langston Blvd., Arlington)
• What: Breakfast is free only for All Star swimmers but parents and team members welcome.

All Star Meet – Saturday, July 30^th

• Attached: Maps & Timeline
• Location: Orange Hunt (8600 Bridlewood Drive, Springfield VA 22152). After arriving look for the Tuckahoe tent. Bring chairs, snacks, water etc.
• Parking: There will only be on-street parking in the Orange Hunt neighborhood. There is a swimmer drop off area at the entrance of the pool.
• Warm-up: There will not be general warm-ups before the meet. Two, ten-minute, stroke-specific warm-ups will be held before each stroke (starting with Breaststroke this year). Warm-up will be broken into two groups: Group 1 (12 & Under), and Group 2 (13 & Over).
• Events: Order of events are Breast, Fly, IM, Free, Back
• Viewing: Single event viewing only
• Awards: Given after each event
