Hello Tigers,

This coming weekend we will have Halloween at Tuckahoe on Saturday 10/29 from 1-5pm. We hope to see many of you dressed in your costumes for this fun event. If there are any 13-ups who are looking for volunteer hours, please email [email protected] - we need help running this event and I am happy to sign off on hours as needed.

Next week, we will release the job descriptions and coaching application via email on Tuesday 11/1. The application window will remain open until Monday 1/16 - all interested assistant, junior, and volunteer coaches should fill out this application. Volunteer coaches need to be at least 13 years old - assistant and junior coaches must have at least 1 summer of volunteer coaching experience, and should be involved in our winter programs as well.

We are always looking for more coaches. If you are 15 (or turning 15 soon) please look at the lifeguard certification course schedule using the link below. We would love to plug you in to our aquatics programs to get some experience ahead of next season. Tuckahoe is also in need of guards who can work even 1 shift/week and pay starts at $16/hr. We received news that the NVSL is moving Divisional Relay carnival a week earlier this coming summer 2023 due to conflicts around the fourth of July. Typically this meet is the week after our third dual meet - this year, it will be after our second on Wednesday 6/28. Please take note of this as you are planning your summer 8 months ahead!
