Morning Practices June 19^th – July 18^th

• 13 & Up: 9:45 – 11:00am
• 11 & 12 year olds: 9:45 – 11:00am
• 9-10 year olds: 7:45 – 8:45am
• 8 & Under: 8:45 – 9:45am
• Little Tigers (outdoor pool): 8:15am-9:00am; 9:00am-9:45am

Fun Fridays – Begin Friday, June 23^rd

Fun Friday activities for 10 & Under are planned and implemented by parent volunteers. We are still looking for a parent to lead the Fun Fridays and volunteers that have signed up to help.

• 9:30 - 10 am: Team spirit and celebration (whirlpool, cheers, meet sheet etc)
• 10:00 - 11:00 am: 10 & Under parent led Fun Friday activities on the hill
• 11:00 - 12:00pm: 11&Up Fun Friday activities

Monday Night B Meet – Monday, June 19^th

Last chance to register for tomorrows B Meet, Mclean @Tuckahoe. Must register by 12:00pm today to swim in this meet. Please register for only 2 events (not swum on Saturday) and IM if allowed.

Potluck – Friday, June 23^rd @6:00pm

• A – F Salad (green salad, Caesar salad, pasta salad)
• G – L Fruit (fruit salad or fruit platter)
• M - R Main Dish (chicken, pork, fish, meatballs, tacos)
• S - Z Side Dish (veggies, beans, rice)

Saturday A Meet – Saturday, June 24^th

Donaldson Run @Tuckahoe. Be on the lookout for an email each Wednesday with more Saturday A Meet info.

Late Night – Saturday, June 24^th

Tuckahoe pool: 6:00 – 10:00pm. The coaches lead this fun evening of cake, talents, night swimming and more. A fun family event (not a drop off).
