Monday Night Meet – Monday, July 3^rd 

Last chance to register for the Intrasquad meet this Monday. Please register by 12pm today to swim in this meet. If the meet runs fast like last Monday, we can have a pool party after the meet!

Fourth of July Practice – Tuesday, July 4^th

Please note: Practice times for July 4^th have changed from previous communications.

• 10 & Under: 9:00am – 10:00am
• 11 & Up: 10:00am – 11:00am
• No Little Tigers or Makeup Practice

Fun Friday & Potluck – Friday, July 7^th @ 6:00pm

A – F Main Dish (chicken, pork, fish, meatballs, tacos)

G – L Side Dish (veggies, beans, rice)

M – R Salad (caesar, greens, pasta)

S – Z Fruit (large fruit salad or fruit platter)

Fun adventure and fine dining for 13 & Ups only. The teenagers will take a bus together to three different swim team homes to enjoy appetizers, main course and desserts. See more details on the signup below.
