SATURDAY "A" Meet Swimmers and Post Meet Lunch
Tuckahoe Families!
This is NVSL Summer Swimming at its best! Three meets in six days mean a heavy load on communication emails!
Please see the attached list of selected swimmers for this Saturday's A Meet at Home vs. Highlands. Please email the team reps no later than 8:00 PM tonight if your swimmer is NOT available to swim on Saturday, so that an alternate can be selected.
Please do not tell your swimmer(s) they are swimming on Saturday at this time. Coach Torey will inform the swimmers on Friday whether they will be swimming in the meet. The meet sheet will be distributed tomorrow night by the team reps via e-mail.

Parent Relays:
The ideal opportunity to burn off those 4th of July hot dogs is here! Rekindle with your fellow parents, or form new groups and join us for a fast 100m Medley Relay. There's only one requirement: you must have at least one woman on the team.
The parent relays will take place immediately after the swim meet, and it is open to Highlands families, too!
We are looking forward to another great home meet!
Go Tuckahoe!
