Parents - We are so disappointed that we were forced to cancel our B Meet tonight due to the weather.  As mentioned in the e-mail earlier today, we would still like to provide our swimmers the opportunity to swim IM if they had signed up for the event at the meet.  The coaches have a lot to accomplish during practice tomorrow as Divisional meet selections are finalized so we are going to make a few minor adjustments to the practice schedule.  See additional notes below:

• If your swimmer was registered for IM for the Monday meet, you are eligible to swim IM in the time trials on Tuesday morning.
• Due to timeline restrictions, we cannot accept any additional deck entries for 8-Under or 9-10 Swimmers for the IM Time Trials.
• If you are an 11-Up swimmer and you would like to swim IM on Tuesday, you may deck enter and swim IM.  Please find a team rep to write a new card up for you.

Revised Tuesday Practice Schedule

• 8:00 AM - IM Swimmer Warm-Ups
• 8:30 AM - IM Time Trials
• 9:00 AM - General Practice Start - All Age Groups
• 10:00 AM - Approximate Practice Completion

Parents - Please note that the coaches will be processing the ladder and discussing stroke selections with individual swimmers during the practice.  If you believe your swimmer is eligible to swim in Divisionals, we suggest that you attend this practice.  If your swimmer is not swimming IM at the practice tomorrow, you do not need to arrive until a few minutes prior to 9 AM.  We will see everyone in the morning.
