We’re Shifting to Individual Races!

Tomorrow is Divisionals at Chesterbrook Pool, and it’s time to focus on individual events!

The Meet Sheet is attached, and you’ll see some exciting, close races lined up. Get ready for a fast and fun morning!

MEET TIMELINE

Warm-up for freestyle swimmers begins at 7:30 AM.

Each stroke group will have a 10-minute warm-up window.

Please drop off your swimmer early to ensure they have time to warm-up.

PARKING

The Chesterbrook pool lot is for swimmer drop-off and permit holders only.

Parking is available at:

• Chesterbrook Elementary School
• St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church

POOL ENTRANCE

• Swimmers – Side gate near the competition pool
• Spectators – Upper entrance by the tennis courts
• Officials – Main entrance

FOOD & MERCHANDISE

The Chesterbrook Café will be stocked with:

• Bacon, egg & cheese biscuits
• Chick-fil-A sandwiches
• Doughnuts, bagels, hot coffee, cold brew
• Gatorade, water, snacks, and sodas

  Payment: Cash or card

🍧 A Kona Ice truck will also be on-site mid-morning!

T-shirts: $25 (cash or PayPal) – design attached

Jolyn swimwear will have a stand with fun suit options.

TONIGHT – Final Potluck of the Season!

Friday, July 18th @ 5:30 PM

All families are welcome — not just Divisional swimmers!

Please bring enough food for 8–10 people and use plastic or metal containers (no glass or ceramic).

🕖 Divisional swimmers should head home by 7:00 PM to rest up for the big day.

Food Assignments (by last name):

• A–I: Fruit (watermelon, grapes, berries, etc.)
• J–P: Salads or sides (Caesar, pasta salad, mac & cheese, rice)
• R–Z: Main dishes (pasta, meatballs, hot dogs, burgers, pizza)
