We had an amazing Individual Divisional Championship yesterday, and our swimmers excelled once again! Yesterday's times allowed NVSL to rank the fastest swimmers in the League and list them for the Individual All Stars (IAS) next Saturday. Congratulations to all qualified swimmers!

For those not swimming this Saturday, it is time to enjoy your well-deserved rest!

Individual All Stars (IAS) – Saturday, July 26th @ Pinecrest

The Psych Sheet for IAS and Tuckahoe's roster are attached.

IAS will be at Pinecrest (12515 Pinecrest Rd, Herndon, VA 20171). The order of events is the same as Divisionals: Free, Back, Breast, Fly, IM, with Freestyle warm-up starting at 7:45 a.m.

If your swimmer will not be participating in IAS, please notify us by 5:00 p.m. Monday, so we can inform the League and find a suitable alternate.

All-Star Practices

Practices for All-Star swimmers will take place daily from 8–9 a.m. for all age groups.

All Star Breakfast – Friday, July 25^th

Post-practice breakfast for All-Star swimmers! Remember to bring dry clothes and change at the club before heading out to some yummy food!

• When: 10 a.m. (after practice)
• Where: Metro 29 Diner (4711 Langston Blvd., Arlington)
• What: Breakfast is provided only for All-Star swimmers; parents and siblings are welcome.

We will have more detailed information about IAS throughout the week.

We are also assembling awards and ribbons from the All-Star Relays and hope to have them ready for pickup by next weekend.
