Individual All Stars (IAS) is this Saturday. This is the crowning of the fastest swimmers within NVSL, and we have over 25 qualified athletes! Please read on for information on the meet:

Individual All Stars (IAS) – Saturday, July 26th @ Pinecrest

The latest Psych Sheet for IAS is attached.

IAS will be at Pinecrest (12515 Pinecrest Rd, Herndon, VA 20171). The order of events is the same as Divisionals: Free, Back, Breast, Fly, IM.

There are no general warm-ups. The freestyle warm-up for 12 & Under is at 7:45, and for 13 & Up is at 7:55. Each stroke will have another 10-minute warm-up, split by age.

All-Star Breakfast – Friday, July 25^th

Post-practice breakfast for All-Star swimmers! Remember to bring dry clothes and change at the club before heading out to some yummy food!

• When: 9:30 a.m. (immediately after practice)
• Where: Metro 29 Diner (4711 Langston Blvd., Arlington)
• What: Breakfast is provided only for All-Star swimmers; parents and siblings are welcome.

Attendance and Viewing area

We will have two tents at the team area, and parents and swimmers will share the same space. It is highly recommended that swimmers wear shoes or sandals to Clerk of Course - the pavement where they will be waiting will get very hot, as well as the surface of the tennis courts where awards will be presented. They can leave their shoes in baskets before their swims, and they will be waiting for them at the end of the race.

All races will follow Single Event Viewing only. Please ensure you are next to the bleachers on time for your child's event.

PARKING AND SWIMMER DROP OFF

Parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood and at Fox Mill Elementary School. Please review the parking map on the NVSL website, which is found by clicking here: PARKING AND SWIMMER DROP OFF MAP. Be respectful of Pinecrest's neighbors; obey all parking signs and do not block driveways. Do NOT park in the Truist Bank or Heritage Fellowship church parking lots across Fox Mill Road. Vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense.

NVSL will livestream the Individual All-Stars via Machine Aquatics' YouTube page: CLICK HERE TO ACCESS. This is an excellent option for extended and out-of-town family members and anyone else who wants to cheer on your swimmers.
