Tuckahoe vs. OKM--Saturday Meet Sheet

Tuckahoe Families,

It’s finally here—our first dual meet of the season is this Saturday, June 20th, and we couldn’t be more excited to kick off another fantastic summer of Tuckahoe swimming!

Attached is the official meet sheet for this weekend’s meet against Old Keene Mill. As Andre's email last night stated, if your swimmer is listed, please hold off on telling them just yet—Coach Torey will share the lineup with the team during Friday’s practice. This helps keep the focus on the effort of practice.

If your swimmer isn’t competing this Saturday, we still encourage you to come out, wear your black and gold (or pajamas, as this week's theme is Slumber Party), and cheer on your fellow Tigers. The energy of our team on deck is something special—and every voice helps!

As a reminder, all of the key details (post-meet lunch spot, caravan info, and parking) were sent in yesterday’s update from Andre—I've re-pasted the timeline below for easy read.

A Few Important Reminders:

1) A big thank you to all of our volunteers for showing up in white shirts and blue bottoms (note: you cannot wear Tuckahoe gear if you are a volunteer at this meet) and being in place on time for briefings. Your commitment is what keeps the meet running smoothly—and makes the team stronger!

2) OKM will have limited breakfast burritos, donuts and bagels for sale. Their concession stand is CASHLESS; they take Credit Card and Apple Pay (note: there is a $3.00 minimum)

3) When you arrive, look for the Tuckahoe tent + "away" bleacher area. OKM will be setting up two sets of bleachers (Home & Away) on the corners of the turn-end of the pool. OKM has no grassy area but they have plenty of concrete deck space for our team and families to spread out.

We can’t wait to see all of our swimmers back in action and our stands full of Tiger spirit. Let’s start this season off with energy, pride, and plenty of cheering.

Go Tuckahoe!

Your reps,

Andre & Rebecca
