Hello Tuckahoe Families,

Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans for today’s Monday Meet, so we are making the most of Tuesday morning with a revised schedule that will allow our coaches to get some official times before enjoying our Pancake Breakfast.

Tuesday Schedule

⏰ 7:00 AM – Volunteers arrive for setup
📸 7:30 AM – Swimmers arrive and assemble for the team picture
🐯 8:00 AM – Team picture (please arrive by 7:30 so we can take the photo promptly)
🏊 8:15 AM – Time Trials begin
🥞 Pancake Breakfast – Will begin rolling around 9:15 AM, but please help your swimmer get both swims in before heading over for breakfast

A few notes:

• Individual pictures will be taken in the indoor pool.
• IM events will not be available tomorrow.
• There are no changes to age groups or practice groups.
• The forecast calls for rain, but no lightning. All activities are rain or shine, so bring a rain jacket and your best smile!

Volunteers Needed

In addition to our scheduled activity volunteers, we could really use as many extra hands as possible for setup, timing, and helping coaches record times. If your schedule allows, please come by and lend a hand. Even an hour of help makes a big difference and helps keep things running smoothly for our swimmers.
