Weekly Update # 10: Big Week Ahead for the Tigers!

Happy Sunday morning 🐯 families,

The Tuckahoe Tigers are 3-0! Our Tigers rallied to best the Overlee Flying Fish 224-196 on America's 250th birthday. It was a hard-fought and gritty victory, in the punishing heat no less, and we're proud of each and every swimmer. Saturday's results are attached. A big thanks to you all for keeping our swimmers cool, rested, and motivated.

This is one of the busiest weeks of the summer swim season so please read down to the end for important reminders + upcoming events.

Monday Night Meet Sign-Up (July 6)

Tomorrow evening, we are welcoming Kent Gardens to Tuckahoe for our weekly Monday Meet. There may be some storms in the forecast so, as always, stay close to your phones and emails for updates.

Please sign up for tomorrow's Monday Meet here: https://tuckahoeswimteam.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

As a reminder, your swimmer can swim any stroke they did not swim on Saturday with the exception of freestyle. So swimmers can swim freestyle + any stroke they did not swim on Saturday. Please sign up by 3pm today.

As always, Little Tigers should NOT sign up for this Meet! Coach Calla will contact Little Tiger parents directly if she believes your child is ready to swim. She will also sign your child up directly for the stroke(s) he/she is eligible to swim; you do not need to sign your child up directly.

We will have Chik-Fil-A and pizza for purchase tomorrow evening (there will be no grille buffet). Credit card is our preferred method of purchase.

Finally, we still need a few more volunteers.
