Hello Tuckahoe Families,

We are reaching the final stretch of the season, and one of the most exciting milestones is right here! We are thrilled that Tuckahoe has qualified relay teams in 20 of the 22 events at the NVSL All-Star Relay Carnival. What an incredible accomplishment and a testament to the depth and strength of our entire team!

Final Team Selection

The final relay lineups will be determined after tonight’s Monday Meet, so coaches can include the most recent race times in their decisions. Families will be notified as soon as the lineups are finalized.

Relay Practice – Tuesday

All selected swimmers are expected to attend a mandatory relay practice immediately following regular practice on Tuesday.

Wednesday Morning Warm-Ups at Tuckahoe

Before heading to the meet, we will hold a brief warm-up at Tuckahoe.

• 13–14: 6:20 AM
• 11–12: 6:40 AM
• 9–10: 7:00 AM
• 8 & Under: 7:20 AM
• 15–18: 7:40 AM

Depart promptly to Sleepy Hollow Bath &Rackett Club to get there in time for their racing-pool familiarization.

Meet Location – Please Read Carefully ⚠️

The All-Star Relay Carnival will be held at Sleepy Hollow Bath & Racquet Club, but swimmer drop-off is next door at:

Sleepy Hollow Recreation Association
3538 Sleepy Hollow Rd.
Falls Church, VA 22041

After being dropped off, swimmers should walk along the sidewalk back to Sleepy Hollow Bath & Racquet Club with their teammates.

Parking

General parking is available at:

• Sleepy Hollow United Methodist Church
• Sleepy Hollow Elementary School
• The surrounding neighborhood

Please do not block driveways, intersections, or fire hydrants. We strongly encourage families to carpool whenever possible.

Event Viewing

This meet is SINGLE EVENT VIEWING ONLY, and marshals will be moving spectators along after each event.There will be no spectator access to the pool deck other than Single Event Viewing.

We Need One More Volunteer

We are looking for a volunteer Quartermaster to help bring our team tents, coolers, and other equipment back to Tuckahoe after the meet. If you can help, please let the Team Reps know.

This is our final relay meet of the summer, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything these swimmers have accomplished. Let’s bring the same energy, teamwork, and Tiger spirit that has carried us all season.

No practices on Wednesday.

If your swimmer is not selected for the relays, come support the team, and make sure they get some rest afterwards. We still have a big one on Saturday, and another Monday meet in only one week!
