Sending out a quick email with the updated meet sheet for tomorrow's D1 Divisionals meet that will be held at Tuckahoe. The attached meet sheet now shows those swimmers who were originally alternates as officially now being seeded into a lane at tomorrow's meet. Congrats to the 7 Tuckahoe swimmers who were promoted at last night's meeting from alternate to official swimmer! 

We're so excited to watch all of our swimmers crush it tomorrow!

MEET TIMELINE REMINDER

Warm-up for backstroke swimmers begins at 8:00 AM.

We've gotten a lot of questions about this so want to clarify that the NVSL changes the order of events every year to be fair to swimmers who usually swim strokes that come in the back half of a normal dual meet. For this reason, we are starting with backstroke tomorrow (Event 11), followed by breast and fly in the AM session. In the PM session, we will start with IM and then close the meet with free. The event timeline below is correct.

Stroke Start (note: these are "not to start before" times so backstroke will not start before 8:30am, breast before 9:30am, and so on):

• Backstroke - 8:30 am
• Breaststroke - 9:30 am
• Butterfly - 10:29 am
• I.M. - 11:25 am
• Freestyle - 12:30 pm

Each stroke group will have a 10-minute warm-up window. Please drop off your swimmer early to ensure they have time to warm up adequately. 

Families and swimmers are free to come and go from the meet as they wish as long as swimmers make it to their warm-ups and events on time.
